What do I do if I see that the items I receive to sell are damaged or broken?

Please document any damage or defects in the ‘Notes’ section for the item (under ‘Items I Own’ in HYON Connect), and inform your owner via the messaging area. If the defect is small, you may choose to sell it but we recommend that you disclose this info in your listings. If the item is not functional you can reach out to your connected owner to see what they want done with the item.
